What happens on the call

  • You tell me what’s going on at home and what you’ve already tried.
  • I ask about his history, his triggers and a normal day in your house.
  • If he’s with you, I watch him on camera.
  • I tell you honestly what’s realistic in 30 days. If I can’t help, I’ll say so.
  • If he’s a fit, I walk you through the 30‑Day Reset, the fee and the next start date.

What I ask of you

  • Be on time, on video, somewhere quiet
  • Bring everyone who’ll make the decision
  • Have your dog nearby if you can
  • Know the fee before we speak: £4,000
